How do I create a Reply Template?

 

To create a Reply Template:

  1. Go to “System” on the menu and click on “Reply Templates”

  2. Click on “New reply template”

  3. Enter the name for your reply template

  4. Add your reply text in English

  5. Click “save”

Good to know

  • Reply templates are only supported in English. Please avoid using or copying/pasting templates in any other language.

  • The template name can be up to 128 characters and the reply text can be up to 50,000 characters.
