AI summarisation

This feature allows you to quickly grasp issue details with AI-generated summaries based on reporter content (fields in the reporter intake form and messages) as well as the text added to the description field by a Case Manager.

 

To use AI summarisation:

  1. Click “Summarise” on the middle top of the Issue:

  2. A pop-up window will show, containing a summary of the information provided by the reporter (this process takes a few seconds):

  3. You can use the copy icon under the summary image-20241210-124424.png , to copy its content and paste it at your desired location.

 

Good to know:

  • AI suggestions can be switched off in the system configuration page. If you want to disable this feature, go to System, Configurations and switch it off, under AI support at the bottom of the page:

  • This feature is available for Enterprise packages only, reach out to your account manager for further information.
